About The Speaker:

Nikki is the Director of Post-Deployment Operations at Vecna Robotics where she manages the Remote Support, Field Service, and Technical Documentation teams. Outside of team management, Nikki’s work in the Customer Operations organization involves improving various processes and tools to ensure that the customer has the best support experience possible while also maximizing business growth and scalability.

Nikki also has experience managing implementation projects and validation for automatic guided vehicles in the logistics and warehousing industries, and managing R&D teams and new product development projects from her time in the renewables space.

Nikki received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University; and her M.S. in Engineering Management from the Tufts Gordon Institute and loves to participate in Tufts student/alumni events promoting diversity and inclusion in the STEM fields.
