He is enthusiastic about exploring smart grid technology\, energy storage\, clean energy blockchain\, micro-grid systems\, and the myriad ways these tools can usher in a greener future for our power grid. \nHe has over 8 years of hands-on experience in renewable energy analysis\, business analytics\, stochastic techno-economic modeling\, entrepreneurship\, and product management and his forte lies in maximizing gross margins through the adept application of efficient techno-economic modeling of renewable energy projects. \nVignesh has a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University and Bachelor in Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from College of Engineering\, Guindy.

She collaborates with customers and suppliers to ensure priority concerns are addressed as well as working internally to share the voice of the customer and address quality concerns. To expand her knowledge of the manufacturing process and identify gaps\, Kathryn also works as an internal auditor for the site in accordance with ISO 9001.  Previously\, she worked as a Quality Engineer with the same team and as a Rotation Associate with Integra LifeSciences. \nKathryn earned a Master of Engineering Management from Cornell University through their distance learning program while working full-time and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Outside of team management\, Nikki’s work in the Customer Operations organization involves improving various processes and tools to ensure that the customer has the best support experience possible while also maximizing business growth and scalability. \nNikki also has experience managing implementation projects and validation for automatic guided vehicles in the logistics and warehousing industries\, and managing R&D teams and new product development projects from her time in the renewables space. \nNikki received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University; and her M.S. in Engineering Management from the Tufts Gordon Institute and loves to participate in Tufts student/alumni events promoting diversity and inclusion in the STEM fields. \nJoin us as Nikki shares her experience and insights leading projects and teams at small and large organizations across different industries. \nWe look forward to seeing you!
